BayesO (pronounced “bayes-o”) is a simple, but essen琀椀al Bayesian op琀椀miza琀椀on
package, wri琀琀en in Python. It is designed to run advanced Bayesian op琀椀miza琀椀on
with implementa琀椀on specific and applica琀椀on-specific modifica琀椀ons as well as to run
Bayesian op琀椀miza琀椀on in various applica琀椀ons simply. This package contains codes
for several surrogate models such as Gaussian process regression and random forest
regression, so that sequen琀椀al model-based op琀椀miza琀椀on can be implemented.
